Ingredients:
- ½ cup (60 – 65 g) fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup fresh cream, chilled
- 1 – 1½ teaspoons granulated Xylitol
Method:
- Crush the raspberries with a fork.
- Whip the cream and Xylitol together until firm.
- Add the raspberries and whip again.
