Whipped Raspberry Cream

Just 3 ingredients. And a few minutes. That is all you’ll need to whip up this pretty pink low carb treat. Rich and creamy, with the fresh tang of raspberries.

A few spoons will be enough to satisfy any cravings you might have.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (60 – 65 g) fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup fresh cream, chilled
  • 1 – 1½ teaspoons granulated Xylitol

Method:

  1. Crush the raspberries with a fork.
  2. Whip the cream and Xylitol together until firm.
  3. Add the raspberries and whip again.
