This recipe for my iced bulletproof coffee with its mocha flavour is exactly the same as the one for my hot bulletproof coffee, see Dalene’s Original Bulletproof Mocha Coffee. Except for one very important extra step – you have to place the coffee in the fridge for several hours!

During this time a major, rather magical, change will take place. The fats in the froth will solidify, forming a fat crown (or lid) on top of the iced coffee. A low carb eater’s heaven. Healthy fats, in a solid layer, tasting of coffee, cocoa and coconut.
